As the content marketer of Muccapaper, you are the bridge between us and our audience. You are responsible for planning and creating valuable content to appeal and grow readership and relationships with the potential to create new businesses.

You must have a strong command of English, with a natural curiosity or exposure to consumer marketing, thinking analytically with the data analysed to develop engaging content that drives traffic and retain the audience.

Part Time Retail Assistant

You are our on-ground ambassador to the real-life Muccapaper experience. You contribute by maximising sales on the floor, enhancing the shopping experience of customers offline, turning walk-ins into long-lasting relationships through your skills to observe and serve with extensive product knowledge, updating the customers with the latest product details as you find out, and attend to their needs.

Knowledge in customer service is a must, sincere and enthusiastic while reflecting the commitment of Muccapaper professionally. You are also responsible to support back-of-house operational tasks and merchandising of the brand as you work with other team members.

Sales & Customer Service

  • Proficient in hands-on artisanal work with training provided (i.e. assembling of notebooks and inscription services on products)
  • Deliver a warm and pleasant experience to all customers visiting the store
  • Awareness of customer cues with an appropriate response.
  • Connect and understand customer needs.
  • Provide professional consultation.
  • Be proactive in updating customers with the latest product information and brand story.
  • Attend to customer feedback and request in person or over any electronic communication.
  • Gather and provide reports to the team with regards to customer on-ground experience.
  • Assist store manager with management and development of Muccapaper physical store.
  • Possess a strong drive for results while maintaining a positive and caring attitude at all times.

In-store and online order fulfilment and operations

  • Prepare and display merchandise in an aesthetically attractive manner.
  • Promote brand loyalty programs and the latest promotions.
  • Assist with received and processing product shipments.
  • Keep check and update on inventory status.
  • Maintain order of cleanliness and presentation for front-of-house.
  • Ensure a pleasant experience through all communication channels for customers.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, genuine, and learned with the desire to provide better services.
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and attentive to customers while taking care of the needs of the business.
